1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the btk1 platform and its associated services. When you create an account on btk1, log in to an account, or use any service, you automatically agree to accept these Terms.

btk1 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is each user's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The following conditions must be met to create and use an account on btk1:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. For users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract as a competent adult.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• btk1 may request documents for age or identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• Registering with false information will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Creation & Management

3.1 Registration

When creating an account on btk1, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Your name, mobile number, and email address must be correct. Providing incorrect information may result in your account being suspended or cancelled at any time.

3.2 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your btk1 account password and login details completely confidential. It is advisable not to share your login details with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted from your account, even if accessed by a third party.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may hold only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed immediately and all balances and bonuses being forfeited. This is a strict policy to ensure system security and fairness.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

btk1 supports three approved payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

After a deposit is completed, the balance is generally added to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing a withdrawal request may take 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification must be confirmed before a withdrawal can be completed.

Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service, fully supported on btk1 just like bKash and Nagad. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment method the user used at the time of deposit.

4.3 Invalid Transactions

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw using a third party's account will result in the transaction being cancelled and the account suspended. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the applicant's own name.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on btk1 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳26,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x — this applies to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.

For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 (৳1,200 × 25) in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has specific terms. Reading the detailed terms of the relevant offer is mandatory.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account cancellation.
• btk1 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements have not been met.

6. VIP Program

btk1's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Through regular activity and active participation, a player can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers. btk1 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fair Play Policy

btk1 is a fair play platform. The outcome of each game is determined through random number generator (RNG) technology, which cannot be controlled by any person or system. btk1 does not predetermine any outcome.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account cancellation:

• Fraud, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or hacking.
• Playing through bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts.
• Use of third-party payment methods.
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

You may request to close your btk1 account at any time. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed. The ability to claim a balance after account closure may be limited.

11. Limitation of Liability

btk1 always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, btk1's liability will be limited for any losses caused by technical issues, internet outages, or failure of third-party services.

btk1 is not liable for any financial loss arising directly or indirectly from gaming activity. Users must be aware that the risk of losing money in gaming is always present.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between btk1 and the user. If any clause of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect.

Any delay or failure by btk1 to enforce any term will not be considered a waiver of that term.
